Do you do commissions/ custom orders?
Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to take on commissioned pieces. Embroidery, especially my thread painting technique, is incredibly time-consuming, and my current schedule doesn’t allow for custom projects. I truly appreciate your understanding.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can! I’m quite flexible and easy :) Please get in touch with me before you purchase anything.
Do you accept returns?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify me by email (silaozgun@gmail.com) within 21 days of receipt and return your order within a further 21 days. Your order should be returned in the original packaging. It is advisable that returned items are sent using ‘special delivery’ or 'tracked' so they are insured on the way, as you will be responsible for any items lost in transit. You will be refunded (less postage costs) within 7 days of me receiving your return. Please note, you are responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning.
Can I cancel my purchase?
If the item has not been dispatched yet, yes you can!If your order has been dispatched already, please follow the returns policy procedure outline above.Commissioned items cannot be cancelled once I start making the project.Downloadable items cannot be cancelled.
